It's a delicious cereal and it has the greatness of oatmeal in it. Now lately everybody's heard in the news how oatmeal is supposed to be good for your heart and it's supposed to help your cholesterol so here's another way to get your oatmeal for your breakfast, another delicious way And this cereal has 45 grams of whole grains, 6 grams of protein, and 5 grams of fiber and of course, it's healthy and right here it says oatmeal helps reduce cholesterol so if you eat this cereal it would be great to help your heart. I mean, this cereal comes in these cute little squares and it tastes like oatmeal and they're nice and crunchy. Can you hear the crunch? It kind of tastes like oatmeal like maple brown sugar oatmeal. It tastes really good. I like it , my whole family likes it, it's a great cereal for breakfast and it's also great for snacking. They come in these little squares, I mean, it's a great thing to put it in a little container and give to the kids to take on the go and what I like is they're bite-sized and they don't make a mess when you take it out on the go.
