Hi my name is Shelia and I'm doing a review of the Nabisco 100 calorie packs Mr. Salty and these are the milk chocolate covered pretzels. Um, these have 100 calories of course and also 3.5 grams of fat per serving. Um, so my husband really likes these. He likes flips, um, the chocolate covered pretzels and these are a nice lower calorie alternative. It is nice that they're in small packs so it's some sort of portion control. But I do want to show the portion size here. This is the 100 calorie pack. This is an ordinary cereal bowl and as you can see there's really not many. So you know, it's not really much of a snack if you're really trying to stick to 100 calories then it's probably good to have a certain amount of portion control. But there is very few. Um, it's probably a quarter of a cup or so; but they are really tasty. Um, they do hit the spot if you do just want a little bit of something sweet. Um, they don't taste like they're low fat or low calorie like maybe they're not. Maybe it's just the portion size but I did enjoy them and you know, my whole family does like them. And also you can pick them up for like maybe $3.00 a box um, on sale and it comes with six packs of these. So for the value um, is a little bit iffy I think but they are tasty and they're 100 calories. So if that's all you're looking for then that might hit the spot.
