This is the NV2 made by LG the service is Verizon and it is a very good phone. I've been using it for the past few months and I really like it because some of the features include a camera with a high quality picture 2.0 megapixels. Next there is a keyboard which is really good for typing and for people that text a lot. This is yet another one of LG's successful phones. I've been using LG for about 2 years now because before this I had the original NV but they stopped making them so you have to upgrade to this which is just as good because it includes a lot more features and it's a lot more modern. And the shape and the design of the phone are really good because if it's in your pocket and you can download a lot of things through 'Get It Now'. 'Get It Now' is feature on the LG phone where you can download a lot of different files including games music and ringtones. And it's basically like a store that you can go to to get whatever you want. I've come toa conclusion I really like LG phones and I like that it's hooked up with Verizon because the service is always great and I never loose calls or anything. And overall I give this a 4 star. I recommend this product to people that really like the NV the original one and if you like to text a lot and have good service wherever you go. And you can pick it up at your local Verizon store.
