Hey, everybody. Today I'm reviewing Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt. It is a non-fat yoghurt. It has 80 calories and zero fat. Non-fat, none in there at all. And it has Vitamin A and D and some extra potassium in there. I really love it. It's actually easy to open which is a big deal to me. Sometimes the Yoplait place just that aluminum just doesn't work with me And I really like the gritty seed like texture to it that gives that extra fruit flavor. And I have the Strawberry Banana and this is my absolute favorite I've tried the other ones and this one just seems to taste better to me. And it doesn't have an after taste which some yogurts do. So I give this a five out five. I eat this all the time and I absolutely love it
